Horrible place. Dont spend anyone you care about here. Very rude employees too (especially a lady name erica). Didnt even give my boyfriend enough pain medicine and he left the whole procedure. Seriously horrible and worst place we've ever been before.
My son had surgery at the Southaven office. Everyone was extremely nice. I will use them again if needed.
I called this office today to try and get information on scheduling a consult for my daughter. The lady who answered the phone was extremely RUDE and UNHELPFUL. I inconvenienced her by asking if my referral paperwork was sent over when she asked what surgery my daughter would be having. Definitely will NOT be using this office for any future surgeries and will recommend that Dr Cox’s office stop referring patients to them if this is how they treat their potential customers.
My son had all 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday. The staff and Dr Roberts were great! I would definitely recommend!
Everyone here is nice and comforting which is just what you need when you are getting all 4 wisdom teeth out. Dr. Is very friendly and good at explaining everything and answering any questions. Had my consultation and surgery on same day and was only there for 2 1/2 hours!
They are the best! Everyone is kind and caring from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Roberts does a wonderful job and the staff is amazing! Thank you for always taking care of me.
