I waited two hours before seeing a practitioner then another 50 minutes before Dr. Castle came to the room. Staff are a joke...looking at cell phones and talking with each other while the waiting room was packed. Dr Castle seems to have compassion but almost 3 hours wait to see a doctor is absurd. Time for a new doctor.
