Horrible they have you waiting for hours to do title transfer no one is at the window to service you

I had a bad experience at this Auto Tag office in March of this year. I was skipped on the list even though it was my turn, and when I got back in line, the person who was supposed to help me wasn’t at her station, so I had to wait quite a while. When she finally returned, she treated me poorly and asked for a document that wasn’t even required for the process. I felt mistreated and disrespected. August 4, 2025. Ticket #206. Friendly, respectful, and quick; the lady re-filed my application paperwork and printed my decal within 10 minutes, all for $7 with change. I had tried to do the same online with autotag at mdctaxcollector gov for a week with no luck. The building isn’t five stars, but the people are. Only a few people were in line ahead of me
