ADDING TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! IF THERE WAS A "NO STAR" OR A "NEGATIVE ONE BILLION STAR" REVIEW, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD BE LEAVING. A WEEK GOES BY AND THEY SHOW UP 1 1/2 HOURS LATE WITHOUT A CALL. THEY SUPPOSEDLY GET ALL THE INFO NECESSARY. ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY (WITHOUT THE AIRCONDITIONER WORKING) AND THEY TELL US THAT THEIR EMPLOYEE LEFT AND THAT THEY NEED TO REVERIFY THE INFO DOCUMENTED. THE NEXT DAY THEY TELL US THAT NOTHING WAS DOCUMENTED AND THEY NEED ME TO GIVE THEM THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE AIR CONDITIONER. THIS COMPANY... read more

My home warranty dispatched this company. Poor customer service. They never called. I had to call them 3 days later. They said they would call back to schedule. They called at 3:58 and left a message. They close at 4:00. I called back numerous times and someone finally answered. They put me on hold then hung up. This is my second time dealing with them and each time I've had a terrible experience. Save yourself a headache and go with a better company.

What a poor experience. I had a service request through my home warranty company that sat for 48 hours after being assigned to North Metro Air, and they never reached out. I left them a message, and they never returned my call. I called the warranty company who also tried to contact them, and they didn't answer. What a waste of time.

All I can say is North Metro Air is not responding to their calls. I have called them several times and left messages and American Home Shield called them multiple times and no avail. Do you really want a contractor who doesn't respond when there is a home emergency???
