I had a wonderful experience here. They calmed my fears and explained alot. Every interaction was very positive. I thank each and every one of the staff . They made the best of a bad situation *********THANK YOU********
Be very careful having procedures done here. Do your research in terms of pricing. I had what I thought was going to be a simple injection to help with my chronic back pain suggested to me by my doctor at Ortho Indy. This simple procedure, less than 1 hour probably cut over $7,619 for "operating fees" and that was in 2022! My insurance did cover most of it, but i was still left owing almost $1,400 myself. I have had two back surgeries at this facility. Both times I was treated very well. There were no needs unmet during my time there. The surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses were the best of the best. I 100% recommend this facility.
This place was the worst medical experience I've ever had! They gave me medicine I told them I could not have made me so sick I had neck surgery and was throwing up when my husband asked why they gave me those meds they said that's what they give to everybody. Then they had my husband leave me and go to a pharmacy I. A town we knew nothing g about and bring it back and give it to me.
