Same as everyone else basically. I got my table 6 weeks late. Promised certain times and sat and waited and he never showed. Finally on the third day he showed with my table and chairs and bench. The table was not cleaned it had saw dust all over it and the chairs poorly stained. The table itself was beautiful. He told me he was not happy with the person who made my base and he was going to make me a new one within 2 weeks. Only giving one star cause zero doesn’t seem to be an option. I’m really disappointed to have to write a bad review as I have been more than patient in giving Ryan a chance to correct or make up for issues. I ordered a table and chairs at the end of November after doing some research, reading reviews etc. I told Ryan that I did not need the table in a rush, thinking mid January. Ordered a table and chairs on November 30th, paid in full. He originally said it would take around 6 weeks for delivery. 3 months later and we still have no table. He fails to respond to calls or messages. I'm very disappointed in this outcome. Update: he finally delivered our table with 4 chairs. Unfortunately he was still missing the bench and he also delivered it while it was snowing without a tarp. It was all water stained when it arrived.
