The majority of the staff are competent and pleasant, but the remaining few have really soured me on the whole operation. Numerous screw-ups resulted in my going without essential pain-relief (non-opioid) medication for days at a time, resulting in weeks of higher pain as the drug requires regular dosing to be effective.
