Wyatt Palmer is my provider here. He has been absolutely incredible! I'm so thankful that he was added to the team. He is thorough, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend him. It is rare to find a provider who listens, cares and takes action.
As a healthcare professional I attended this clinic w a family member- provider Bailey Hanson initially asked good questions but was then dismissive, not thorough at all, did not do a physical exam or suggest any blood work, imaging, or testing to determine the issue or how to solve it. She came across as judgy and uninterested. Her nurse Temo was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I was very sick and called the Nurse Triage line on 3/7/2025. I called at 9 AM, again at 10:30 AM and a third time to tell them I was still waiting to hear back. I was told that my call would be marked Urgent. I finally gave up and ended up going to Urgent Care. It is now 3:44 pm and still no call from the Triage line. I am beyond upset at the lack of response. I will be looking for a new provider, one that is more responsive and understanding of patients’ needs.
The receptionist (whose mask wasn’t covering her nose) was rude to my wife and the Doctor Brian LaBine was also rude calling us “silly”. Not acceptable
North Memorial Internal Medicine is excellent in all respects. Dr. Brian Labine is very highly competent. The staff are very efficient and compassionate. This is a great medical practice!
