Great experience, I was able to schedule my appointment online and got there and was greeted with care. We saw Dr. Kari, who was gentle and compassionate.
The doctor that saw me kept pushing down on and rubbing hard on my finger, even though he saw how much pain I was in. I didn't feel safe with him and hope I don't have to go there again. He told me to just go home and keep an eye on something that was obviously getting worse by the minute. I felt no compassion from him at all.
Amazing experience. Friendly front desk and staff. I waited a bit over an hour but felt welcomed and was treated promptly. Thank you!
Worst experience ever. Waited for over two hours as they lost my paperwork. Doctor was in with me for two minutes and very dismissive to my symptoms. I work in healthcare and he basically told me what I was thinking I had was wrong and I was fine, even though I have also recently seen ENT for similar symptoms for one thing i was experiencing (related to tonsils).
