The woman who checked us in on 8/3/25 around 4:30 pm was incredibly rude. Not only did she speak to us poorly, but she had an AirPod in her ear while a show was playing on her phone during the entire process. Zero respect for us and our child. Really disappointed in our experience.
Every visit at North memorial maple grove is great service and super fast care, from the doctors and nurse staff. Five Stars!
Today I ran with my 3 yr old to urgent care at 6:30 in the scorching heat. After parking and carrying my 3 yr old daughter with a fever to the urgent care I realized the doors (with a clear sign saying you close at 7pm, not 6:30pm, not 6:45pm but 7pm, which it was Not) were locked. A Good Samaritan let me in as she saw me struggling with a child to get in only for us both to be locked in the corridor and her to walk around to the ER to let me in so that I didn’t have to walk out in the heat with a sick 3yr old. “Americans really are only interested in pills.” Dr Crispin R Domingo Jr. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a medical professional. This man came into the room without having not reviewed my chart. Took one look at my foot and said “that looks a little gouty” when on to ask if I’ve ever had any issues had to explain to him everything that was written in my chart - I had been in earlier in the week was diagnosed and given a medicine that has not improved the issue at all and in fact it is now worse. If I could give this no stars I would I didn’t feel the PA David Johnston I had listened to any of my concerns and felt that he just went by the books not what the patient is telling him especially when I told him something didn’t work for me in the past he said “it works for many people” I reminded him not everyone is the same I did not feel he truly listened to me and the MA didn’t explain anything to me she was very nonchalant the only good experience I had was with the xray tech
