I’ve been to this Urgent Care multiple times. Wait times can be long but I have never had a bad experience. Tonight I saw Breanne Van De Bogart and had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care. She really went above and beyond and made me feel like she cared about finding the best possible plan forward.
I love this hospital. Especially the heart and vascular clinic . The front desk ppl are so friend and treat everyone so nice. The doctors are great and explain things so I can understand. Both doctors and nurses stay one step ahead of my condition, and my INR NURSE is absolutely wonderful, she works with me and is open to alternative solutions/treatments. Overall the medical staff in its entirety is wonderful and I've always felt like they treat me like family even when I've had to be inpatient. But the ER could use some imp... read more
Check-in was fine but the nurse treated us very poorly. She became very hostile and belligerent when I simply asked her for her name and role as I was taking notes for my sick family member's appointment. After telling me her name, she indignantly asked if I was writing down her name to file a complaint and she became very argumentative when I told her I was simply taking notes for my family member's appointment. We had an astoundingly negative experience at this Urgent Care during our visit on 6/4/26. Check-in was fine (Riley checked us in and was great) but that's where the positivity ended. Riley told us the expected wait was about 35 - 40 minutes and there were two people ahead of us - no issue with that as we don't expect to be immediately seen just because it's called urgent care. But 45 minutes passed as we watched several more than two people be served ahead of us. I tried to be understanding that maybe not all those patients... read more
