The wait was a little long, but learned I can make an appointment next time. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I won’t hesitate to use the service again.
They front desk was the only nice part, they had us waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes just for the doctor and nurse to not take their time and leave the room every 5 mins before returning 15mins later.
The check in was fine. The nurse and doctor on call were awful. They blew me off and told me I had to go to ER. Neither of them looked at my injury. I asked why can't they take my blood and imaging. The lab is down the hall as well as the imaging center. I was told if they took blood and imaging and something was wrong they have to treatment me and they don't want to treat me. I’ve been to this Urgent Care multiple times. Wait times can be long but I have never had a bad experience. Tonight I saw Breanne Van De Bogart and had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care. She really went above and beyond and made me feel like she cared about finding the best possible plan forward.
