Amazing experience. Friendly front desk and staff. I waited a bit over an hour but felt welcomed and was treated promptly. Thank you!
Worst experience ever. Waited for over two hours as they lost my paperwork. Doctor was in with me for two minutes and very dismissive to my symptoms. I work in healthcare and he basically told me what I was thinking I had was wrong and I was fine, even though I have also recently seen ENT for similar symptoms for one thing i was experiencing (related to tonsils). I will never return to this facility. After eating Chobani yogurt, I developed obvious food poisoning symptoms. When the chills and profuse sweating began, I decided to come in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was appalling. The women at the front desk were extremely rude to me (a Black woman) but polite to the white patients who came in after me. A lot of urgent cares get a bad rap so I always like acknowledging a good experience. Came in today and was seen promptly. All staff were helpful and respectful. Got exactly what I needed.
The woman who checked us in on 8/3/25 around 4:30 pm was incredibly rude. Not only did she speak to us poorly, but she had an AirPod in her ear while a show was playing on her phone during the entire process. Zero respect for us and our child. Really disappointed in our experience.
