If i could give zero stars i would. To start the nurse doing my eye exam wasnt honest on my dot. She dint seem to care one bit. She asked if i had glasses i said i dont wear them driving havent had to ever wear them. She made me put them on. My eyes are fine. My glasses are expired and i cant even get them renewed because my eyes are fine. Moved Aug 1st to the Multicare Associates building nearby. Got there for a physical and the sign said 1+ hour wait. Got into the exam room 4 hours later. More than a hour later the Dr met me. Left after wasting 5.5 hours here. Would give it less stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE if you don't have to.
Worst place ever for a drug test 1 person working in the whole place
