This team was always there when my family needed them. They were patient, caring, and supportive through my grandma’s time on hospice. I specifically interacted with her nurse (Nicole) and her social worker (Wilder). They are both wonderful people! Thank you for everything.

From the very first day we signed up to the last day of my mom’s life, the staff at North Memorial Hospice were truly exceptional. They were compassionate, reassuring, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were always calming and patient, even when I called in the middle of the night with questions. I recently worked with Megan, one of the managers with the hospice and home care team. It was so evident that she has a genuine heart for serving hospice/home care patients. I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future!
They are not producing the support level I was told I would be given, therefore only a one star. Go someplace.
