I brought my fiance to urgent care Tuesday afternoon. 40 year old man, very good health He had complained of dizziness and nausea, and slight arm pain in the inside of his elbow. They got us back very quickly and did a EKG. She told us he had a heart attack. Not that it looked like a heart attack. That he HAD A HEART ATTACK.
