NO SERVICES RENDERED! At the advice of Poison Control we came urgently to this nearest so-called "urgent care" with an emergency for our 1-year old son who had been accidentally poisoned. Due to his age we were immediately turned away because they were apparently not equipped to handle his emergency due to his age/size. This place is going downhill. I can’t believe my appointment was canceled 2 times. Time to get your act together North Memorial if you still want patients. This is unprofessional.
Been there on the weekend for urgent care a couple of times. To do a CT scan or other test. They don't have staff on duty to do these tests. So I was sent to the main hospital in Maple grove. What good is urgent care if they ain't got the staff on hand they need.
