AWFUL!!! The way that MULTPILE nurses and doctors have talked to me and my family is unreal. BUT, this time I just took my sister, Morgan P, into urgent care and Brooke S PA-C was awful! She can barely breathe and her chest hurts so bad. This nurse just wrote her off and made UNNECESSARY comments! We visited for a new patient / ER followup with Dr. Quaranta for a morning appointment. Neither of us have ever had such a quick wait time, nor been seen by the Dr. so quickly. Staff were friendly, caring, and efficient across the board. Dr. Quaranta was especially compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable.
