I would recommend this clinic only as last resort. They can't keep track of fax'd orders from outside North Memorial. My daughter was late to work so cost her an hour of pay plus a ding from her manager. On a follow-up visit, she was told to go home on a Saturday and come back on Monday as they couldn't find the needed paperwork. Really?!?! She headed to a different clinic on Monday. Lost wages, gas expense and wasted time sums up our experience.
I requested a lab only visit, went in and had some lab work done. was invoiced for a doctor's visit. It has been "in-review" for 2 months with calls asking if I saw a doctor, I have said no repeatedly. It is a below average clinic with horrible administration.
Very nice people. The doctor KUMAR was very condescending and made me not want to return. She was defiant and honestly ignorant when it came to how fmla worked. Will not return soley because of my experience with her.
