I am very honest with my reviews. I recently moved to New Hope after being with my same clinic and doctor for over 15 years. After randomly picking this clinic, I regret it. Outside of the standard expectations of a medical clinic easy scheduling, clean and welcoming staff. I also expect good communication & competency to work with insurance companies. I have needed very little from this clinic and team, but when I have needed them, I've had issues with lack or zero communication from my medical team regarding ongoing care. ... read more
Accepting new patients. Easy to set up an appointment
The Lab at North Memorial-New Hope is awesome. Mary, in particular, is great at drawing blood with no discomfort to me (I have small veins and this is not always an easy task). The Lab technicians are the best.
