I have had Josh Loew, P.A. as my primary physician for a couple of years, and his care has been top-notch. He listens well and seems to be in touch with the latest treatments. I appreciate that I can get an appointment in a timely manner, and the location is very accessible.
Do not make early appointments and do not show up early because you will sit in your car till they open up. Not a minute early. The doctors are great but the front staff needs to care about the people.
I received hip surgery at North memorial and then I was sent to Good Samaritan in Robbinsdale I have not been able to get my prescriptions filled the clinic says they need to hear from the pharmacy in the pharmacy says they need to hear from the clinic and none of this is my problem fix it! If I need to find a new physician so be it how hard is it to refill my prescriptions after seeing doctor after doctor and getting blood drawn on a daily basis
This clinic does not care about patients. They will find a way not to see you. They will ask questions and for any reason they don’t like your answer they tell you ‘go to the ER’. I was looking for a throat culture. Pretty Sad when you’re a single parent seeking help from your clinic and they don’t care.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. this morning at the New Hope location. Following the advice to arrive early, I arrived ahead of time and spent nearly two hours in the lobby. Despite my early arrival, several patients who arrived after me were seen promptly, while patients scheduled for 1:00 p.m. had started arriving by the time I decided to leave.
