Dr.Laydova and Dr.Hope M Christiansen are incredibly patient and thorough. Reception always polite. Wait times not long if you got an appointment. Clinic clean and quiet.
Dr. George was truly a blessing to work with. He took the time to walk me through my options and medications in a way that felt thoughtful and unrushed which is something I haven’t experienced at an urgent care in years. He went above and beyond when I ran into insurance issues, providing updates and actively working to find a solution. His level of care and compassion was exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful.
I went to primary care to be seen by Dr Hart for severe diarrhea and dehydration and headache, the computers were out so they didn’t even could find my appointment. The dr came in and first thing he says: your symptoms are severe, I can’t do anything for you since the computers are out, no lab, no medication. He told me to drive all the way to Maple Grove urgent care, which I refused and told him I’ll go home.
