We recently got a rescue and they have him above and beyond to take care of him and keep him up to date, the women are wonderful! They greet us and my dog with nothing but love! The excitement my pup gets to go to the vet is unbelievable and funny, thanks to all the people that work there and make coming a very positive experience! Accessibility was completely disregarded in the new entrance design, and separation of services offered, and for this reason I will be going somewhere else from now on. I am greatly disappointed to find out that accessibility for your customers is not your concern.
I recently had a cat diagnosed with diabetes. The staff has been nothing but wonderful in making sure that I have everything I need to care of Yami. What seemed so overwhelming in the beginning seems so much more manageable now. I wish I could remember everyone's names so I could thank them personally. I know this will be a long journey for the two of us but I know we can make it through thanks to the staff here.
We just moved back to the area and took our dog first for a nail trim. Everyone was so kind and helpful.... today we were back for his first visit once again an awesome experience!! Thanks for all you do!
