This is not a walking clinic and the reception staff no friendly at all
the receptionist is just unbelievably rude and lack of sympathy
I’ve had a bit of a rough time with the receptionist. I had an appointment for a yearly body check-up in February 2025. Since my family doctor was on maternity leave, the doctor on duty reviewed my last year’s blood work results without giving me the form I needed to get blood work done. A few days later, I called the clinic and spoke to the head receptionist. She told me that I had already had blood work done six months ago for glucose. I don’t think a blood work test for glucose alone is enough for an annual body check-up.... read more
