Heather, Elizabeth and Jennifer are the best physician receptionists I’ve ever come across. The clinic is always busy and they do an excellent job at scheduling appointments. They’re extra kind when accommodating for vaccine appointments and are super understanding when my infant is fussy during weight/height measurements. =) The physicians here are the kindest and take so much extra time to make sure my infant is okay. Receptionist is extremely rude and should not be asking for in-depth detail about my condition, that is for the doctor. I will be leaving this clinic because of this nosy ahhh
Worst experience I ever had, I called in last month and today wanted to see my family doctor, spoke to frontline staff Heather today, so rude and arrogant of the frontline staff. Every time I want to book apt with Dr Amy Lau, I was being told it will be scheduled at least 3 weeks later ( and last month same thing, I had stomach issue and wanted to see my family doctor, was advised not available until 3 weeks later that’s why I had to go to walk in clinic). The doctors are wonderful but the one star goes to one of the receptionist. The younger one. I will give no star if I can and post her name if I know it. I don’t understand what is with the constant rudeness and attitude every single time. She talks and ask you questions so fast you don’t even have time to talk.
