6 years ago I worked with a contractor who bought my building supplies from this firm back in 2018. I had a problem with siding and I reached out to them to see if they could help me identify the product. I emailed a photo and talked with a gentleman by the name of "Bill". Within minutes he called me back and identified the product. What tremendous customer service!!! This is the difference between a small regional company and a big box firm !!!!
