Love the new office and the staff is awesome! Love Dr. Courtney
My doctor is wonderful. The staff is unprofessional and have poor communication. I am specifically referring to Summer and Autumn. They need to do their jobs and do what the doctor request of them. They are rude and lack good patient care because of their own bias and ignorance.
This office takes good care of my mom who has many medical issues. She sees Patti and loves her. She also loves Courtney NP. But all the doctors and most staff are always very caring and attentive.
I have always had pleasant experiences at this office with Dr baker, Patti, Courtney and Delaina especially but TODAY I dealt with AUTUMN for the 1st time at the front desk check in all I have to say is she has some attitude issues that need to be managed. Very rude and inconsiderate!
