I really just wanted to post a review for Courtney Avery and express my gratitude for her willingness to listen empathically and attentively. I sincerely appreciate feeling as if I'm valued and that my concerns are heard and met with a definitive plan of action. Her ability to consider all angles and formulate a possible solution is invaluable. She’s just a lovely person who truly cares, is compassionate, and is an astute and strategic problem solver.
I can’t find any negatives about the staff including Autumn. The doctors and staff are always very welcoming and friendly. I have been a patient for nearly 15 years and I would not have it any other way. If you have concerns about how the staff is treating you as a patient maybe it you and not the staff. Obviously the doctors and staff are caring enough to see you as a patient. Reflect on your attitude and attendance. I love the Entire staff! Thank you for always caring about me and my family.💓🍾
The North Macon Family team has been primary caregivers to our whole family, including my parents, my spouse and me, and our adult children. Their entire team cares, is responsive, and is effective.
