We hosted a wine tasting in the cellar, and had a great time! Throughout the planning process, the staff were professional, friendly and flexible. The store is well-organized with great variety, and the cellar is a beautiful space that can accommodate small to medium groups. I'm looking forward to working with them again soon!
They have a wide selection and the staff is very patient (helping me find what I like ) & friendly
I've been to North Loop for wine events and to purchase wine. Always enjoy the events (eg a really nice one was Chateau Montelena) It's my favorite spot to stock up on interesting rose wines for summer! Interesting choices all thru the store. Staff is great - friendly and helpful. A few parking spots adjacent/behind the store.
Never had an issue when I have been at North Loop. Most of the negative comments currently being posted here are by individuals who have not been to North Loop. I am black and resent these unfounded accusations. Anybody remember what happened to Natalies Cakes in Ferguson? This is wrong!
The people who work here are knowledgeable about their merchandise and are definitely willing to help you with any questions about the wines, beers, and spirits they sell. The staff are also very friendly I highly recommend this business to ANYONE!
