Appointments don’t matter apparently. I had an appointment set for 2:30 pm. It’s now 3:30 pm. I asked the front desk how much longer, she replied at lest 30 more minutes. What’s the point of making an appointment? She informed me they weren’t expecting walk-in’s. Fair, but you were expecting me. I called off work for this appointment and rearranged my day.
