was calling for my partner who was in crisis and wanting to kill themselves. was told I had no reason to be upset and they didn't understand why I was upset because they are still alive regardless of near daily threats. was told "you call me at 00:00 at night, what do you expect me to do?!". was referred onto the GP which I have told them does not want to help nor refer to any mental help services. absolutely useless, made my crisis worse. guy was definitely untrained and shouldn't be working a line like that regardless of t... read more

People really don't care when they answer the phone or they try to do his fob you off and send you to your GP on a Sunday!!! Ready to kill myself and they tell me to call my GP because they would be better at getting me the help I need
