If anyone is looking for a great gym, whether you have experience working out or not, North fit body is the perfect place! The trainers are outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. Every class is different so you’ll never find yourself doing the same workout. I have been to several other gyms in Lincoln and North fit body has definitely been the best with the most welcoming feeling!!

Terrible place- my daughter has tried to cancel her membership & they continue to charge her $42 a week on her credit card!! They won’t respond to her phone calls!!

Absolutely filthy! I never noticed disinfection of any mats or equipment, and I’ve worked out at varying times and days. Worst gym I have ever been to! The hours are terrible and there is rarely someone there to manage the office when I’ve needed assistance or had a question I’ve called about. I don’t think they ever pick up the phone.

Prior to the 6 week challenge, I had never stepped foot in a gym. Trainers Kyle and Tae-Woo are amazing! 30 minute work outs are just enough to leave you feeling accomplished and with lots of energy. I am beyond pleased with the program, trainers and support of the trainers. This program leaves you with the results promised if you put in the work… and people around you will notice. I not only met my goal in 6 weeks but exceeded it.
