RecommendedWe stopped last night to try to find a wood furniture pen for touch-ups on a few scratches. We were greeted upon entering and asked where to locate the item; the person at the cash register pointed us to the exact spot. They were so friendly and helpful! We also picked up a few washable face-mask by the register for less than $10 (they are cute and well-made). Thank you for the friendly, knowledgeable service - we’ll definitely be back!
I went into the store to look for a landline phone. And some older guy stared me down the whole time. I'm a mom of 3, and definitely not a shoplifter. Even after I left and was in the parking lot, he came out and stared at me getting into my car. Totally a creeper! Won't go there again cause of this experience. There is another hardware store in north liberty. And have already told this to my co worker's. Bad experience.

The people at North Liberty True Value went way above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend stopping in there, I will certainly be back for my home improvement needs. Thanks everyone for your help!
