I was ten minutes early for my baby's annual physical and was told I was 20 minutes late. I was rescheduled for 3 weeks from now. At home the email reminder for my appointment confirmed I was 10 minutes early. Nothing like this has ever happened in 38 years of doctors' appointments. I cannot say enough positive things about North Lambton Community Health Centre and the incredible services they provide to the community. The level of care, compassion, and community support they offer is truly outstanding. The doctors here are so gentle and they really care about you. I went in today to get a procedure done that is usually very painful, and they took amazing care of me. I've never felt so cared for by medical staff before. I'm grateful they are so close and took in new patients after COVID! They also get you in very quickly, I don't find I wait more than a week for an appointment. Again, thank you to the staff that really care for their patients.
