We went in as a walk-in and waited over two hours just to be seen. It was extremely busy, the environment was super crowded and loud. The ladies at the front desk were too busy to actually give full attention to every patient, as well as the Dr. Dang. He came in, briefly asked me what's wrong, (earache) checked my hear, said there was nothing wrong with it, then all of a sudden decided it was "ear wax".
