Outstanding experience throughout the process. The owner Mark is a friendly and honest guy and was able to repair my bumper and fender damage for $2000 less than what I had been quoted elsewhere. The work was completed in only 4 days and everything looks pristine.
Mark was highly recommended by a trusted friend. We drove all the way from downtown Austin to pflguerville for his services and it was so worth it! From start to finish he was efficient, trustworthy, and competent. Not only did he help me navigate insurance, he got both my front and back bumpers replaced within a week, and did beautiful work. Mark is a very honest guy who provided quality work. I had just bought my car brand new and a month into ownership some jerk scraped my paint, chipped it, and left a dent. I was devastated and anxious. Mark quoted me $1300 less than what the dealership wanted to fix the damage and when Mark was finished with the repair and repaint you couldn’t even tell it ever happened. His price was more than fair! He got it done in 2 days which was amazing! Way less time than other auto shops estimated. Thank you Mark!
