Update:When I thought they couldnt stoop any lower, it actually happened. Two years, 3 surgeries and 2 procedures later I still have a lot of medical issues due to several falls related to their negligence. Now when I turned in my papers to vacate they wouldnt let me extend it one month until my son graduates high school, before I move to *******. The worst property management ever, not being BBB accredited really shows. This company don’t care about there tenants at all. Don’t believe the fake google reviews.
After what is I am assuming a buy out by another Corporation what used to be a pleasant experience, has turned ugly. Two years ago they made us sign an addendum stating we/our guests would not sue them if we hurt ourselves on the property due to their inability to clear ice/snow. Which after talking to a couple people is definitely NOT legal, and the reason they pay for Liability insurance. In regards to your slip and fall, we have parameters set in place by the insurance company. The insurance company investigates and makes a determination on any situation/ potential claim, not us. Great place. Always helpful!! Maintenance is fast and efficient. Even through COVID-19 they have responded to my questions and done extra cleaning almost everyday to help keep me safe. I highly recommend!!
