Prompt and excellent service in replacing my gas hot water system. Have recommended them to friends.
Turned up at 8am on a Sunday morning and spent hours in the mud, wind, and pouring rain (during TC Alfred) when we had no water supply due to the meter being hit by a car. So grateful, you guys are the absolute best. So kind as well, even though the conditions they were working in were absolute trash. Highly recommend these legends, they go above and beyond!!!
We reached out to North Lakes Plumbing to fix shower filters for 2 of our bathrooms, I was extremely satisfied with the quick response from the customer service team and absolutely amazing work done by the plumber. I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam, Dylan and Sam at various times throughout the process of getting my broken Hot water system replaced. From Adam attending to assess the issue and work out why it was spewing hot water everywhere, to Dylan who came and installed the temporary water tank, then Sam who came and replaced that with my new hot water tank.
