As a tenant we needed some work done. Task was assigned to this company. Fast response time to book job in. Great communication. Very punctual (like seriously how many tradies actually turn up when they are scheduled to). Friendly staff. Clear information about job requirements shared and speedy resolution. I personally would recommend these guys anytime and whilst I hope I don't need to use you in the future, I know if I do, that I would be getting an amazing service experience. Thanks again

We recently had North Lakes Plumbing & Gas company install a new Rheem instant hot water service and also a bigger job fixing a broken and removing a tree root from our sewer pipe line. At all times the men involved with the work were helpful, professional and careful with the areas involved. Thank you to all of you and the reception staff involved. I recommend this company.

WORST EXPERIENCE. My worst experience was with the fitter who claimed there was a leak in the hot water system and charged us $240 to diagnose it. We then had another professional come out to inspect the system, and they confirmed there was no leak, costing us an additional $286. Altogether, we spent nearly $526 on inspections that turned out to be unnecessary, as there was no issue—just an empty gas supply. I’m extremely frustrated with this situation.
