Terrible stay at one of their managed properties in Tahoe. The entire house is messy. Check in was not ready 2 hours after the check in time. House is all squeaky and can hear. Dirty. Yet, we left everything in clean condition. The audacity to leave bad review on my Airbnb profile. Stay away from this property management company or don’t stay at one that is managed by them.
For simplicity's sake this is a review of interactions with the property management company, not the property itself. Thank you to Michael and Patty for going above and beyond for my 86 year old father, his dog and me. They worked extra for me to connect to possible rentals, while we were facing a tough housing market. Their connections were valuable.
Michael is the only person from this agency that I’ve dealt with that doesn’t seem to have an attitude problem. However, Patti on the other hand is unprofessional and disrespectful. The way she treats people like they are all below her is discussing and leads me to believe that she should find a new job. She’s obviously not a people person and if I had interacted with Patti first instead of Michael I would have walked away and never would have rented through them do to how she acts.
