Jenni is incredible! I have physical therapy very early, 6 AM, which is SO AWESOME that they offer because my husband can have the baby before he goes to work! She eases you in with nice heating pads which is lovely when you’re still tired. Then I do 10 minutes on a cardio machine if my choice to warm up. They are on top of cues for muscle engagement and breath. Jenni is sweet, kind, personable and knowledgeable. Sarah is also great!
