I called this morning to get an appt they got me in this the afternoon.. Dr explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Excellent care front desk Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them 10 out of 10 also was in and out in less than a hour will have my glasses in 3-4 weeks
This was my first appointment with Laura since Margaret retired. I was totally happy. The staff is calm and patient and walks you through the exam prep in an extremely comfortable fashion. The facility is well kept. The equipment is in excellent condition. Laura took her time and explained what was happening with my eyes as they age, made sure not to do things that were unnecessary expenses but did everything needed. I was very happy with the appointment.
Very satisfied with the new doctor. I really liked her and felt that I had a very thorough examination. She spent a lot of time making sure all my questions were answered. Staff was professional and I was seen promptly. Very satisfied
