I had to move to this state for an emergency situation. Stayed for a year and was never LATE on rent. Lol but the minute it was time to move out; they wanted me to pay full month rent instead of porating the rent, they charge $175 for cleaning fee, $150 for painting, $150 for damage that was already there. For this place to be what is called the ghettos its actually very quiet, and serene. They have a huge lake for families to go fishing and a pool. I would say one of the best looking low income homes there are others but this is one of them.
Took $200 admin fee. Approved application and then called me to tell me they had nothing available. When I asked to cancel my application they then all of a sudden claimed they had a unit available.(this all happened within two hours) refused to refund the money I paid
