Trying to get leasing office management to address any issues that you've contacted them about is like pulling teeth. They don't respond, and problems remain unresolved as if they don't affect the livelihood of their tenants. You're better off resolving issues on your own rather than waiting for office management to do it. The walls are paper thin so pray you get a quiet and clean set of neighbors, because absolutely nothing will be done otherwise. This place is a joke.

The manager Meribah and leasing agent Taylor are the nicest, most helpful and consistent apartment management team I’ve ever dealt with. They made viewing and leasing an apartment for my elderly mother fast, quick, and easy. I witnessed them conversing with and helping current residents. They are funny, timely, and actually seem like they care about the people living on the property. I had to move to this state for an emergency situation. Stayed for a year and was never LATE on rent. Lol but the minute it was time to move out; they wanted me to pay full month rent instead of porating the rent, they charge $175 for cleaning fee, $150 for painting, $150 for damage that was already there. O and they tried to process an eviction fee because I porated the correct amount so they took from that also. This establishment will find a reason to take your deposit.
