Great place and great Dr.'s I've used them for back, neck and hip surgeries and Dr. Bailey and Dr. Counts are ready good and some of the Dr.'s that has retired out also when I had the procedures I've had they took really good care of me and they listened to me when I had a problem and if surgery isn't best for you they will tell you because their not one of those Dr's that just cut on you if it's in your best interest there the best Dr's around the world
Can’t get a call back, have been calling for two weeks now and leavening messages.. cant get a return call
The people here are nice, but I felt like I was just a member of a herd being pushed through the system. Without even talking to me for more than about 5 seconds, the doctor had a shot ready. He knew what he wanted to do before he ever saw me or talked to me. He did the same thing to my mom. The shots didn't even work more than a day or two. I had surgery with one of their doctors, and he was very nice and efficient.
Dr. Meyers was great. Fully went through my questions, concerns, symptoms, and results from X-Rays. If I had a question he stopped and addressed it. He addressed the pain experience and developed individualized recovery plan with next steps for both if the plan works or if the plan does not. Felt like he cared and he took the time to make sure I knew what was going on before I left. Definitely recommend and will return should it be necessary.
My daughter was referred by urgent care for a broke hand. She told me they accept walk ins, but I wanted to confirm, so I called first thing when they opened at 8. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and was hung up on. I called back thinking it was an accident until 20 minutes later, I was hung up on AGAIN! I went to the clinic, and the receptionist was playing on her phone.
