Great service! The entire staff is carefully with you when taking xrays etc. The check out staff is amazing! 5 🌟! Stellar Staff!
Les than a 1 star review. It took me forever to get an appointment here for 9:30 took over an hour to be seen. Doctor finally came in and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Told me he didn’t know what was wrong told me I needed to get an MRI. I tried to tell him I have metal clamps in my back and he said you’re fine sent me to the lady to schedule my MRI and she said I couldn’t get an MRI because of the metal I have in my back. Poor communication between the therapy department and physician if any communication at all. Dr. Best totally disregards any questions or concerns I had as a patient, never followed up with therapist after he was notified she had concerns and wanted to do further testing. Disregarded PA’s concerns as well at my last office visit.
