My daughter was referred by urgent care for a broke hand. She told me they accept walk ins, but I wanted to confirm, so I called first thing when they opened at 8. This isn’t my first time coming to this clinic. Every time I’ve seen a doctor, I’ve left feeling like I was rushed out of there. This last appointment was no exception. I left feeling confused and having more questions. I don’t know if it’s racial, an age thing, or if that’s simply how they run their practice. Either way, I’ve never left feeling heard or like they cared.
