ADMITTED 4/17/25 FOR SEVERE HEAD INJURY, BROKEN PELVIS. I WAS NEAR DEATH THE LAZY INCENITIVE STAFF DISCUSSED MY IMMENENT DEMIZE WITHIN EARSHOT. AFTER 5 MINUTES IN A SCAN ROOM I WAS GOWNED. IN MY PANTS WERE A WALLET, KEYS,PRESCRIPTIONS FOR SIEZURES, WHICH I HAVE SUFFERED SINCE. ALSO, $891 00 USD. All clothing. I DO NOT EXPECT TO RETRIEVE ANYTHING. My wife came into Tennova North Hospital through the Emergency Department on a Saturday night of a long weekend. Our experience there was not very positive, but I will temper that assessment with the knowledge that both the Hospital and the ED were packed. She needed to be admitted but had to wait for a room to be available. I would not recommend this hospital to no one to have a baby. The birthing center is a joke. Induced my niece then sent her home still in labor then for the last two nights she was supposed to put her back in. When finally getting back in the hospital her water breaks and then they wait 2 hours to check and it took her family to ask the nurse while all them were just sitting around on their phones. No never would recommend there is more than that but to much. Night shift is rude also.

FOLLOWING DBS SURGERY, MY NEUROLOGIST REFERRED ME TO NORTH KNOXVILLE MEDICAL CENTER FOR CSVT/LOUS THERAPY. THEY WERE UP-TO-DATE ON THE EXERCISES AND THERAPY. ALL OF THE INSTURCTORS MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PARKINSON PATIENTS.

Okay Mr. Owner, I will never step a foot in that lousy hospital again.. I preregistered on the phone and I was told I would have to pay over 260.00 co pay. I thought that was out of line so I called Humana, my Medicare, was told by the agent that I had a 175.00 co pay. I went to have my procedure done and Hazel in the business office told me a 250.00 co pay. Nothing functions well on any level with any service provided by Tennova. I have never seen a more dysfunctional medical establishment as this one. Patients are unable to even call their PCPs office to ask a simple question because it is required to go through a call center. And the call center reps are clueless. If you want to leave a message for the nurse, you must leave it with someone in the call center and hope it gets relayed correctly, and it takes 24 hours or more to hear back. Great experience. I had surgery there February 5th. Professional and efficient process from Preadmit, Registration to the Surgery team. I highly recommend!
