If I could leave zero stars I would . This place has done nothing to help a family member who is suicidal. The response from this so called therapist was to say you need a new therapist and hung up. My family member we was sobbing and asking for help. The fact that this place is allowed to remain open is a shame . Shame on you state of KY for sending people that have financial hardships to this place . This facility is a joke.
Scheduled an appointment in June, I called to confirm (now august) and they told me it was never even scheduled. Every time I’ve gone through northkey it’s an issue, weather it be billing my insurance, appointments not being scheduled, and a disorganized office which clearly doesn’t have their stuff together. I get so frustrated any time I need therapy, I feel like I need more therapy trying to get therapy through them. 0/10 don’t recommend
This is an awful place. If you’re having emotional problems, strong anger, and violent outburst don’t go here because this place will just lock you up. Their therapist and psychologist are very weak and can’t handle anger or angry people. A lot of their appointments you go to the place and then they give you a laptop and you go into a room and you have a zoom call with the therapist. The only reason I’m going there is to see the therapist in person I think it has more of a effect on you. This place is awful.

Amazing place. Everyone is super friendly, non judgmental, and really want ti help you.
