I know sometimes when I call someplace and I am put on hold there will be times when the person returning on the other end can't hear me. That is not this. These people simply DO NOT want to HELP YOU! If you are calling about any information you better know the appropriate person's name, department, work schedule and extension because otherwise you will be transferred to an inoperable line that only has 24.7 voicemail and no one will take accountability. Truly the worst hospital I have ever been to. Doctor was great; the nurse on the other hand knew nothing about her job. She gave me a shot in the wrong spot and hit a bone, which caused me to pass out and smack my head on a counter. She then had the audacity to make a joke about it, leave my wound unattended, and leave me down in the ER by myself. The ER did not even take a CT scan, sent me home, and is now trying to charge me $160. They also will not return any calls to access my medical records. Truly the most corrupt plac... read more

Kerri is the absolute best nurse practitioner ever. She makes sure to take care of everything, addressing all of your concerns and does not leave any stone unturned. I have been seeing her for over 20 years and I appreciate her and everyone in this office so very much. They also make you very comfortable and they have an awesome bedside manner. Thank you for always taking care of me!

At first this seemed like a good place to go. They were friendly and seemed to listen. After being there for a bit and having issues I'm not impressed, both my boy friend and I have had some serious issues and the LACK of communication has been astronomical!! Not impressed with the follow through.

I have been a patient at Briarcliff Health since 1974. My experience has been, up until now, very positive. My wife and I arrived today ai 11:00 for a 11:15 appointment. Upon entering the waiting room we noticed an un usually long line for check in. This office has posted notices advising patients they must wear masks. In line were a man and woman not wearing masks. This hospital is racist institution.And they have the most hateful racist employee in the world.An American woman named Wendy she works on the second floor attending the front desk at the waiting are where surgeries are perform.This woman hates Hispanics I have never experienced that much hate in my life.But the WORST part comes when this institution doesn't even allow you to complain you know why because you are HISPANIC and you have accent.To me this is not a hospital to me this a concentration camp where Hispanics can be ... read more
