I've been going to see Dr Mody for a couple of years.she's a Rheumatologist. At the end (which was last year 2023) I'd told her that my pain is severe (due to my Fibromyalgia/Lupus) Dr. Mody told me "she didn't know what to give me anymore or what to do because I have to much goin "Referring my Fibromyalgia/Lupus!" What kind of Dr says that to a patient!!!...So I'd stop Going:/ :(

I had to wait an hour and still didn't get seen. I walked out. They had zero sympathy. Horrible customer service out the gate. All other Optum is great! But the Rheumatology department SUCKS!!!

I did not make an appointment at North Jersey Rheumatology. I received a text saying I did. I tried calling to cancel the appointment I never made. I couldn't because they never answered the phone despite waiting over fifteen minutes. They make appointments without people not with people and then make it not possible to cancel.

i try calling this office and they never pick up the phones i had the pharmacy call 10 times and not once they pick up the phone i have been with A Gout attack now fir 2 weeks and have been unable to get anywhere with calling the office Riverside medical is no longer abke to take care if its patient they should fill ashamed
