This office is a joke. Dr Wang is a decent doctor. But their office can't get anything right. My mother has been 5 days without her medication because she messed up and wrote the prescription instructing us to take all 15 pills at once. The office refuses to answer our calls and now we are back where we started.
she prescribes medicine and i never had any issue regarding that. my poor score is due to her office and billing practices. although on all separate insurances, my mom, sister, and i had our remaining bills COMBINED. dr wang would take my dads HSA card, and charge nearly $400 towards the outstanding bill. i got a bill in the mail for $700 which was shocking since i pay every visit and had no outstanding balance. when i called her billing company, i was shocked to find out dr wang combined the total balance for my mom, my sis... read more
