My first contact with the staff at NJ Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was via phone. I was greeted by a pleasant person on the other end who introduced herself as Marietta. I explained why I was calling. After asking a few questions we were able to determine dental proceedure I needed. We made an appointment for a consultation (which included x-rays), and she even sent an email link so that I could register online, so I would not have to wait once I arrived at the office. Doctors were professional and considerate about if I was experiencing pain (which i did not). they were professional and the whole staff worked well in coordination to get me in and out and back home.
Extremely pleasant and professional staff - from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Dr. Friedman was wonderful as were Alis and Jacob. I would recommend them highly!👍👍
