The management system in this office is horrible!!! Do not go to this Imaging center. Horrible customer service! This office gets paid from their patients and can't even give courtesy calls to it's patients to tell them if insurance is inactive. They wait until you arrive at your appointment to tell you (and with an attitude to top it off). I spoke to Linda the manager & all she said was that some patients make appointments, not knowing their status of insurance! North Jersey Imaging Center....Yes the same thing happened to me, they actually made a mistake with my first ultrasound, and I had to go back the next day, and they billed my insurance for two ultrasounds!!! that I had to pay for because they do not check Insurance Benefis. Worst Place ever!!!! Linda the manager was very rude!!!! DO NOT go here!!! I have gotten many ultrasounds, and this is the worst and most Rude place!
This place does not check insurance benefits before a patient is seen. They then will go ahead and send bills and send patients to collections. When you call to complain they are extremely rude. They will click on you numerous times. Also then if you go in person to complain they will threaten you with calling the cops. This is the most unprofessional place you can possibly go to!!!
