This practice has changed name 3x since I 1st became a patient (well over 13 yrs). Since the recent "name change" (last Summer maybe) the medical services provided have deteriorated significantly. I agree with the previous reviewer with the wait time. Staff seems to be overwhelmed and patients are not dedicated the time they're entitled to. As a long time patient at this practice, I have been very dissatisfied with the service lately. The past few visits either myself or one of my family members had, we waited an hour before we were even called into the room then another 10 min or more till the doctor came in. If they are running that far behind, they should make a courtesy call to the patient to let them aware of the delay. I work for a doctors office and our practice would never let this happen. Guess its time to find a new PC doctor!
