Shop somewhere else. Called Mike around noon and requested a window regulator and requested if he could have it off the car by 3:00 PM.He replied no problem ! I get there he was jacking around with his cell phone and never had the part removed!! Giving him the benefit of the doubt I went ahead paid him and told him I have to be at the DPS office before 4:00 PM and I will pick it up later.
