Had a very nice dinner at North Italia. Our waiter, Cole, was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, not blow me out of the water good. But still nice. The Cacio e Pepe martini was my favorite part. As a savory girly I loved it, but also my husband who has slightly less eccentric tastes also liked it. OKAY listen… Rose is an absolute legend. Truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She was SO fun, so personable, and somehow magically kept our drinks full at all times (like… are you psychic, Rose??). My wife and I have been frequenting North Italia since it opened over a year ago. Whenever we go out to eat, we usually prefer sitting at the bar because the service tends to be quicker and more attentive. However, since my wife is pregnant, we decided to sit at a booth in the dining area this time. Our server, Dorothy, was fantastic. It was honestly the best service we’ve had anywhere since 2020. Best Italian spot in the valley with amazing staff. Highly recommend they have locations in Scottsdale as well I would definitely go.
