I had an appointment, but I failed to bring a mask. I asked if they had one I could wear. I was told they are out of masks and to go to the store and buy some. Really? I’m sure the office has several cases of masks, yet they refused to provide me with a .25 mask. This is not my 1st poor experience with this practice. This office continues to demonstrate a lack of compassion or concern for customers. I guess it’s all about the money here. I will never go there again. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
