Took an hour and a half to pick up a prescription. When I asked after an hour, I kept getting told to wait for a text. Walked out to my car to leave and got a text saying it was ready. Awful customer service.
I can't get through on the phone, can't get medication that is prescribed, can't get an appointment within three months, can't get a physical completed that I started 4 months ago, can't get my paperwork to complete a screening process... not sure what this facility CAN do.
Been trying for 2 months now to get an appointment and they keep saying nothing is available….
