If you have an appointment with a flight doctor, expect to be seen an hour to 1.5 hours past your appointment. So ghetto
Won't even try to make an appointment unless its at 7am, or after 12:30, awhile back i was involved in a motorcycle accident and the doctor refused extra pain meds and refused to look at the wound, I went to an urgent care immediately after that and was prescribed pain meds as well as antibiotics as I had an infection. Avoid this place if you can.
Walked in to get care for concern on ongoing issue and was turned away. I was told that my concern wasn’t an issue and to go home or work. They said if it was serious, go to ER. Then they proceeded to change my reason of visit and made me wait an hour a half with no communication. Everyone else came and left.
Place needs to be investigated. The amount of times they dodge work entirely is insane. If its a Friday they straight up unplug the phone, if they don't feel like taking a call they just hang up on your repeatedly. People need to get fired here..
