My daughter just recently turned a year old and has been enrolled at this location since she was 6wks old. I absolutely love how her teachers actually take time and show concern for my child while I’m away. We enrolled my daughter in this KinderCare location about 3 weeks ago. At first things seemed fine posting pictures regularly like they said she seemed to be adjusting. After the first week things went downhill it became hard to contact them and they were severely understaffed causing a lack of communication and information from there to us. Our experience with KinderCare has been extremely disappointing. They consistently struggle with staffing issues, resulting in frequent notifications that they can’t accommodate the children due to lack of staff. This has left us scrambling for alternative childcare on short notice, which is incredibly frustrating as working parents. We depend on them to provide reliable care, but their operations seem unorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend KinderCare if you need dependable childcare.

Terrible Center. I was informed that a parent seen one of the infant teacher smack my son for trying to pull himself up on the trash can. When I came to pick him up that day soon as I put the door code in I heard my child screaming crying. Instead of the director coming in addressing the situation an comforting my child she just left him sitting there to cry. When she saw me coming she tried to grab him but I hurried and picked him up.
