Dr. McLaughlin & office has been excellent to work with. He explained everything very clearly and spent the time to come up with appropriate plan. Surgery was performed to fix the issue and follow ups afterwards have been great to ensure things are healing well. After seeing urologists out of state in the past (where my issue was likely caused), none have come close to feeling as confident with Dr. McLaughlin.
I am only giving a one star because no stars isn't an option. Dr Mclaughlin convinced my husband and I that my husband needed an operation on his kidney. This was a non life threatening procedure that he didn't do correctly and then wouldn't admit to his mistake that could have possibly been rectified through another procedure had Dr Mclaughlin been honest with us!..my husband now not only has no quality of life but due to dr Mclaughlin, will have a short life too.
Dr. McLaughlin effectively eliminated the obstruction resulting from an enlarged prostate using green light PVP laser surgery. He did an excellent job, as I began experiencing normal flow right after the surgery with only minimal bleeding. Not only did the procedure go well, but he was able to fit me in with minimal wait time. I was under general anesthetic for the procedure which took about an hour, and felt great upon waking up with no pain. I would highly recommend Dr. McLaughlin.
He not only misdiagnosed my prostate cancer severity, but he would not return my phone calls every day for a full week asking for a referral to an instate oncologist. I finally had to be referred by my out of state oncologist.
