By far the worst rental company in the area. The office staff is extremely rude even when you're giving them money. Carpets were horrible & multiple people in the home cut their feet on the tack strips while renting from them & the fix was just hammering down the strips. They didn't replace the carpet like they should have when we moved out, definitely gives the slum lord feeling. As a property owner needing professional property management services, this is the absolute last place I would recommend anybody ever patronize. Our last tenants asked us if they could deal with us directly because they found the company so unpleasant to deal with - and these were the best possible tenants. Our problems with them started with the non-responsiveness of staff. Phone calls and emails go unreturned for days or weeks at a time. Today was the final straw. Hello, to anyone reading this im tell you do not ever rent from here! They are the worst between the owner Julie is absolutely rude .if you need something from them good luck. They will never be on the tenant side ever. getting back 500 of 2200 after leaving the home better then when we moved in and getting chared for damage from the previous tenant. The charges where crazy.If I could give them a negative score I would. Run! O ya we left a nice smelling air freshener and got charge to remove it lol
I rented from Julie and her team for about four years. Seeing some of these comments I think there’s more back story than what’s mentioned for most. They treated me fairly at every turn and I have nothing but nice things to say about them, if they had available what I was looking for I would have gladly stayed with them no hesitation . Don’t let the negative reviews sway your decision on these guys as long as you hold up your end of the arrangement made so will they.
Honestly, there’s nothing great to say about this place. We gave them our 30 day notice and after we did that it went all downhill from there. We had an issue with the toilet not working about 6-7 months into our lease and called and never got a plumber to come out and look at it so we just dealt with it. They are not trying to charge us a $300 default fee for “services getting disconnected” which NEVER happened. The services at that house were all on and have been the whole time we lived there.
