It’s been a few months since I wrapped up with them. I would tell anyone to stay away from them. I work in law these days, and can confidently say that this agency operates in an unprofessional manner, violates lease agreements, treats both tenants and property owners very poorly, and most importantly they are without a doubt the lowest of the low when it comes to management. Not even worth 1 star. Horrible to rent from. They don’t fix anything in a timely manner. (Over 6 months to fix my dryer). They will always try and take your deposit/ charge additional at move out. I was warned about how horrible this company was when I moved in, so I took over 150 pictures when I moved in. Upon move out they tried to charge me for all the preexisting damage to the tune of several thousand $$$. Honestly, there’s nothing great to say about this place. We gave them our 30 day notice and after we did that it went all downhill from there. We had an issue with the toilet not working about 6-7 months into our lease and called and never got a plumber to come out and look at it so we just dealt with it. They are not trying to charge us a $300 default fee for “services getting disconnected” which NEVER happened. The services at that house were all on and have been the whole time we lived there. By far the worst rental company in the area. The office staff is extremely rude even when you're giving them money. Carpets were horrible & multiple people in the home cut their feet on the tack strips while renting from them & the fix was just hammering down the strips. They didn't replace the carpet like they should have when we moved out, definitely gives the slum lord feeling. As a property owner needing professional property management services, this is the absolute last place I would recommend anybody ever patronize. Our last tenants asked us if they could deal with us directly because they found the company so unpleasant to deal with - and these were the best possible tenants. Our problems with them started with the non-responsiveness of staff. Phone calls and emails go unreturned for days or weeks at a time. Today was the final straw.
