I wore a boot for 4 months for a compression fracture, came out of the boot and tried Dansko clogs. First trip out I rolled my ankle. I wasn't able to see my orthopedist because of COVID-19 for 2 more months. When I was finally able to visit her, she gave me a referral to PT. My 96 yr old mom has been going to Inspire for months and she highly recommended them. My first visit was this week and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Cara and the entire staff are fabulous! For a small person Cara has amazing strength and a wonderful ability to find the areas that need work! I am so much more flexible, my hip doesn't hurt and my foot no longer turns in when I walk Yeaaa Diane

Inspire Physical Therapy has a relaxed and friendly environment. I have to say that I was not looking forward to physical therapy but the excruciating pain that I was experiencing left me with no other options. I would like to thank Cara, Gerry and Mat for helping my first time PT experience to be a relaxing one. I feel so much better now! They are an amazing team and I would definitely recommend Cara to anyone in need of a good Physical Therapist.
As someone who has had 9 reconstructive surgeries, I'm super picky about who I choose for a physical therapist. I went through three last time around because it was hard to find someone really good. Day one with Jesse and I'm sold for life (although I hope to graduate from the need for PT eventually ) haha. He is really excellent! Super kind & great at what he does. Cara worked with my mom for her hip replacement about a year ago and was phenomenal. Come to PT here! You won't regret it.
